A little about me…
My name is Daniel…I’m a visionary, an integrator and a mentor. I have a passion for entrepreneurship, real estate, wealth creation and coaching. I currently own over a dozen investment properties and a principal owner in a dozen businesses. As a mentor, I love to educate, challenge, and provide resources to help others excel. As a student, I am constantly growing and learning from people in various disciplines. I am passionate and driven to improve my skillset as an investor and entrepreneur. Coaching
I have coached athletes, investors, and business owners. There are 2 things I try to focus on at the beginning of every mentorship. First, engagement. It is impossible to teach if people aren’t engaged. Second, comprehension. In order to be an effective mentor, you must be able to simplify complex ideas. In addition to group coaching, I also provide 1:1 coaching, deal analysis, case studies and deep dives into specific deals.
Community
Our Community will consist of 3 tiers to help you grow.
First Tier: A group of investors above you for mentoring purposes.
Second Tier: A group of investors at the same level as you, so you have a group to grow with.
Third Tier: A group of investors below you, so you can help coach others. This will help you understand the most important concepts to real estate investing and it will also help you become a better leader.
